• Dealing with the latest German filling line technology in Middle East with intensive trainings on it.

Roles and responsibilities:
1-Managing, developing, training and motivating staff to achieve desired results.
2- Monitoring and taking corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage.
3- Preparing management information and reports on Cost, Quality, Service and Performance.
4-Investigating NCN’s, customer complaints and initiate to identify probable root cause and ensure corrective action is applied.
5-Managing the plastic processing to ensure it meets the necessary quality, safety, hygiene and GMP standards.
6- Reviewing of production plan weekly and any amendments are agreed, produced and delivered.
7- Continuously monitor variances on Plan vs Actual on budgets.
8- Preparing individual Skill matrix and training needs for the staff and supply the concerned departments with these needs.
9- Coordinating with planning department to ensure realistic production schedules are prepared to meet customer requirements and communicated shortfalls if any early.
10- Managing preventive maintenance schedule of plastic machines to minimize unplanned breakdowns.
11- Reviewing, analyzing, planning and implementing methods to improve machine efficiencies.
12-Initiating plans for new and upgrades of moulds.
13- Conducting ISO 22000 internal audits throughout the division.
14- Acting as a mentor and coach to develop staff.
15-Material Requisition planning (MRP) and Stock monitoring.
To monitor and motivate the staff to perform effectively within assigned area to achieve departmental objectives
Rules and Responsibilities:
1- Ensuring that all the required raw materials are available as per production plan and machines are ready for operations.
2- Coordinating with the Production Manager for any changes or revision of the plan to avoid unnecessary ordering of raw materials or ingredients.
3- Ensuring that all production areas have skilled operators during rest day or holiday of other team members in the shift.
4- Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process or quality system.
5- Checking and monitoring operations / activities ensuring the team members follow the standard operating procedures and quality system.
6- Minimizing machine downtime and try to carry out non-interrupted operations throughout the shift.
7- Complying with Packaging Specifications and to report any minor deviations to the production manager for any immediate corrective action.
8- Coordinating with quality personnel regarding the product quality and conformances to take necessary corrective action.
9- Adhering to all other instructions given by the production Manager to achieve shift objectives.
10- Performing corrective maintenance and troubleshoot breakdown in order to maintain machine efficiency within the target.
11- Endorsing all area activity development of the shift to the incoming next shift in-charge highlighting the critical areas and changes made.
12- Coordinating with the Production Manager for any changes or revision of the plan to avoid unnecessary ordering of raw materials or ingredients.
13- Investigating any process deviations or non-conformance arising out from the shift and ensuring that the corrective and preventive actions are followed and carried out.
1- Managing the staff in the establishment.
2- HR issues (Salaries, resignation and replacement, daily work issues and laborers schedules)
3- Making the needed maintenance for computers (Hardware, Software).
4- Taking care about Accounting issues (Income and Outcome)
