• Gathering, Acquiring, sorting and analyzing data from
primary and other data sources.
• Runs reports from Microsoft Excel and other software.
• Prepare summary reports for seniors and presenting
data in charts, graphs and tables as well as designing
using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• read and analyze open-source and proprietary news
pieces, determine their importance based on list of

• Screening resumes and CVs as well as arranging and conducting interviews with candidates.

and doing bookkeeping tasks.
• Organizing office layout and maintaining the condition of the office as well
as arranging for any necessary repairs.
• Arranging appointments, organizing meetings and booking transport and
accommodations.
• Prepare letters, presentations and reports for senior managers.
• Provide a historical reference for retention, retrieval and disposal of
records.
Was acting as a liaison between the company and its clients, also following up with and collecting overdue accounts from them as well.
