* Manage and facilitate the Quality Management System

* To lead steam & solar turbine technicians who assign work to personnel, direct plant start-up and shutdown, diagnose potential problems with the steam & solar turbines and ensure that the steam & solar turbine technicians always have the appropriate tools.
* Remain up-to-date on the latest laws and regulations regarding steam or solar turbines, according to Edition International. Regular logs must be kept of all steam & solar turbine repairs for regulatory agencies
