- Control and handle of amine gas enrichment (AGE) processing.
- Control and handle of operation of the clause unit, including reaction furnace, catalyst reactor, boilers and condensers (heat recovery system), and liquid sulphur rundowns system.
- Control and handle of tail gas treatment unit (TGTU).
- Familiar with degassing system including degassing pit and pumps, also sulphur handling/loading.
- Familiar with steam jacketing system (LLP) also combustion air blower operation.
- Familiar with Start- Up, Trouble Shootings & Smooth Operation of sulphur recovery unit.
•Responsible to schedule and monitor field operators to visit the plant and record all activities as per their logsheet..
•Reviews and ensures the accuracy of Production information before entry onto the Production Daily Report.
•Control both of Field and DCS of Singa Gas Processing Plant with design dimension are Feed gas : 90 MMscfd, H2S : 300 ppm, CO2 : 60 % mol and Produce water : 300 Bpd from the Well (Singa # 3 Well with WHP 8200 Psi), Inlet Facilities ( inlet and production separator and 1st gas filter, pre treatment gas process ), Acid Gas Recovery Unit ( Amine and Membrane system base on UOP ) and DHU ( Glycol system ), Utility ( TOx, WHRU, Hot oil system, Air instrument compressor and Water Treatment Plant, Fire water system ) Etc.
•Provides co-ordination and control for the permit-to-work system.
•Conduct job safety analysis (JSA), as and when required.
•Supervise both operations technicians, maintenance and contract personnel assigned in the singa gas plant, in accordance with agreed procedures and good practice.
•Responsible for ensuring the correct operation of all production and utility equipment.
•Monitors well production and reports any anomalies. Bring wells back on line following maintenance, testing and monitoring activity
•Perform startup, shutdown and surveillance of equipment, to operate production facilities within Company guidelines and procedures.
•Make sure all Production activities in Singa Gas Plant are in safe condition.
•Etc.
- Assist Shift supervisor in monitoring process plant to meet the maximum production.
- Responsible for ensuring to all production and utility equipment in correct operation.
- Responsible for ensuring safe area in the Plant.
- Responsibility to make sure all safety system, ex: lock out and tag out, working permit etc.
- Prepared Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) as and when required.
- Taking reading and recording all process data for Inlet Facilities (Slug catcher, Inlet Separator, Condensate Stripper), Dehydration and Refrigeration, Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) recovery (Absorber, Deethanizer, Expander/Booster Compressor), CO2 Removal System ( Memguard adsorbed, Membrane Unit, Amine System, Molsieve Unit), 3 Power Generation Gas Turbines (GTG) with capacity of 13.0 MW each, and Utility Plant ( Water Treatment unit, Steam boiler and Instrument air compressors, Hot Oil and 2 Unit Thermal Oxidizer), Compressors (Sales gas compressors, Propane compressors (Refrigerant system), Re-Injection Compressors, Condensate Overhead Compressors, Booster Compressors and Turbo Expander), Water Treatment System (Multi Media Filters, Activated Carbon Filter, UV Sterilization, Reverse Osmosis Membrane).
- Familiar to operate Oil Processing Equipment in Central Processing Station (CPS) such as:
- Oil and Gas Wells,
- Manifold and Slug Catcher,
- Separation System,
- Gas well injection and gas lift system,
- Oil Storage Tank,
- Emulsion treating,
- Water treatment and Oil movement.
- Execute well and Process start up procedure
- Familiar with Instrument control system, Mechanical equipment that supports production process.
- Familiar with PFDs and P&Id drawings
- Familiar with ESD & Safety Plant.
