As for after-school community Tutor, my main responsibility is to help students learn by reviewing
subject content with them, explaining how to solve problems and checking completed work. I taught first graders how to do Phonics develop study skills and organization techniques to help them improve their academic performance. This was done in a one-on-one and on weekend I adminster group setting learning workshops .
I created the fundemantel app model contents that offers phonics basics it caters to a variety of learning styles. Students get practice through instructional songs and videos, each day they learn a letter song and play Flash cards matching game introducing a real life excercises models complete-the-word using carpetpuzzle letters Classroom activities .
