Biomes is an environmental consultants company based in Kuwait.
Biomes was a new company that I joined right after its establishment.
I was assigned the following responsibilities:
1- Obtaining the company’s authorization from Kuwait’s Environment Public Authority (KEPA).
2- Setting the general company culture.
3- Continuous revision of laws related to environmental aspects.
4- Building relations with local companies and entities.
5- Building forms of contracts for providing environmental consultancy services and
environmental impact assessment (EIA) studies.
6- Carrying out EIA forms and reports as per KEPA’s requirements and regulations.
7- Contacting local and foreign companies in order to expand the business.
Farmer Babies is a healthy food and products company based in Kuwait, as a co-founder I was
responsible for various tasks and responsibilities:
1- Establishing the company with the partners, including every legal aspect of the process.
2- Setting the general company culture.
3- Setting and monitoring the company’s fiscal plan.
4- Setting the company’s visual identity and working on advertising strategies.
5- Interpreting and studying the local market in order to penetrate it.
6- Contacting local and foreign suppliers/producers to import required materials and equipment.
7- Developing and improving production facilities and technologies.
8- Studying production costs in order to achieve reasonable profit margin while providing
competitive quality products.
Automated Plastering is a contracting company based in Kuwait.
It is specialized in internal and external plastering works using robots and precise custom-built machinery
that has a registered patent, as I site engineer, I was responsible for:
1- Calculating quantities and preparing site for moving and placing equipment.
2- Planning for material supply in time and in accordance with other works on site.
3- Supervision of on-going works and making sure submittals meet the required quality level.
Massa Group is a general trading and contracting company based in Damascus, Syria.
I was assigned to the project of constructing the sales center for a residential compound called
Royal Residence Yafour, in addition to several residential buildings’ projects.
Initially I was assigned as a planning engineer, after building the plan for the project I was promoted
to the position of Projects Manager Assistant, I was responsible for:
1- Reviewing plans and structural designs.
2- Following up with projects on site and updating plans as necessary.
3- Attending regular meetings with the supervision body and discussing progression of projects.
4- Improving and developing several aspects with the internal system of the company.
5- Coordinating between variety of parties involved in projects.
6- Estimating cost for projects as per required standards and terms by the owner.
7- Auditing of all documents and calculations related to the on-going projects.
