Assume new role as Retail & Brand Development Manager tasked to rebrand and build new concept for Maatouk Maison du Café boutique
Rebrand identity of the coffee boutique and execute improvements including the implementation of new interior design through a branding agency
Lead the development of new marketing and branding opportunities from concept through implementation strategies while managing project team and timelines to fulfill business objectives
Facilitate the opening of new branches while constantly developing new products and innovation to add to the shop; conducting assessments of new products or ideas; and quantifying specific business and target market
Re-implement the visual Dolphin System to integrate all core business functions across the entire company including sales, financials, customer relationship management, inventory, and operations
Develop a franchise program, model, and process encompassing strategic planning, legal functions, operations and marketing
Assess suitability for franchise and restructure the organization procedures and policies to enhance efficiency in operations
Implement the SAP Business One ERP System to integrate all core business functions across the entire company including sales, financials, customer relationship management, inventory, and operations
Handle purchasing and development of new package and coffee complementary product while coordinating research on business development in terms of creating new market opportunities
Enforce the implementation of strategic objectives and activities to include organizing and participating in industry events and exhibitions to expand market reach, create product awareness, and build networks
-Institute process improvements by integrating IT-related technologies such as building a hardware / computerized managerial structure
