 Prepare letters to be issued to personnel such as warning/deduction/dismissal letters to enforce disciplinary measures; amendment to contract to reward deserving employees and letter of information/advice to government offices.
 Introduce new joiners to the HR and Payroll procedures
 Handle banking information and cash advances for new joiners
 Arrange bank account opening to all employees.

 Responsible for acquiring, checking, entering, and reviewing staff timesheets and monitoring of the site attendance through BIOSTAR system and ARS
 Ensure that all time sheets and biometric attendance are entered correctly in the clock card -Ensure that sick leaves are supported with medical certificates with no exceptions
 Maintain direct contact with timekeepers and site secretaries to ensure appropriate solutions are provided when needed
