Hamad International Airport - Facilities Management
Tasks
• Lead and Monitor the implementation of Computerizes Maintenance Management System, MAXIMO asset Management 7.6 from scratch
• Design Business process, Workflow, business functional requirements related to Maximo implementation
• Lead the data gathering and configuration process for all HIA - FM contractors assets (Doppelmayer, ThyssenKrupp, Ferrovial, QD-SBG, Keppel, MACS, ADB Lighting, AKTOR, REEL, Lodige, Siemens….) (more than 500 000 assets)
• Build the data Taxonomy, structure and standardization rules for all HIA assets to be used as input to the CMMS implementation
• Create Asset cataloging
• Create Asset / Equipment Hierarchy structure, Rotating Asset…
• Create and scheduling Jobplan, PM, CM, CA work order
• Create Labor, Craft, Person, User KPI
• Assist HIA FM contractors during the implementation of Maximo CMMS
• Audit the HIA-FM Contractors CMMS department workflow by Ensuring that all maintenance activities are captured on the CMMS
• Designing and championing data analysis that ensures value from the principle maintenance contracts, and maintaining world class standards.
• Leading a team of lead technical planners and schedulers to deliver asset maintenance plans that align with the strategic objectives of Hamad International Airport as part of the Qatar Airways group.
• Implement Visual management tool and Business Intelligence tool for reporting on the CMMS
• Leader of the HIA asset management system, responsible for the continued compliance of the AMS to the ISO 55001:2014 standard.
• Utilizing lean principles to drive effective and efficient tactical and strategic processes and procedures.
• Train HIA-FM staff on Maximo7.6
• Maximo Super User for different modules( Work order management, inventory management, purchasing management, Resources & Craf, Meter reading...)
• Lead the Oracle eAM enhancement projects with IT team, implementation of a mobile application for maintenance management
• Business unit lead for the development of IT systems supporting the asset management model.
• Develop and manage contractor performance matrix for GSE maintenance and enforce Service Level agreements (SLA)

 Fleet Management of 200 bus
 Planning and Scheduling function
 Manage a team of 50 Auto-technicians
 Prepare the technical tenders
 Create a CMMS dedicated to fleet management using Access
 Establish energy reduction plan
 Establish maintenance monthly activity reports
 Manage maintenance budget
 Implement the continuous improvement methodology (TPM) to improve the asset performance and availability.

 Gap Analyses study between existing processes and processes required by ISO 9001
 Manage, monitor, evaluate and coordinate the operation of the QMS
 Implement Document Management Systems to support ISO 9001:2008

 Control of documents and records that belong to the QMS


 Ensure that awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization is and encourage

 QMS performance monitoring

 Planning and monitoring the implementation of internal audit plan
