- Primary Sales = Sell out (work hand in hand with promoters at outlet level)
- Planning of Stocks at Outlet Level
- Managing Promoters attendance( Timing, day OFF and Annual leaves)
- Checking Daily Sales Report
-Ensuring Stocks are updated and available twice a week in every outlet
- Ensuring Competitor Related Issues are escalated to the appropriate level in every outlet.
-Have a thorough Product Knowledge in: Our Products, Our Prices, Our Offers,
Our Stock Outs, and New Launches etc...
-Escalate sales related issues on a proactive basis
-If competitor is having better offers then specify
model and offer
- How is the footfall in the store
- Is there any display issue
- Performance of each promoter ( product knowledge and
evaluation )
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Competitors, their Products, Their
Prices, Their Offers, Their Stock Outs and their New Launches etc
-Have a Retailers Contact Persons Checklist in hand
- Have Outlet Level Sales Figures in Hand : MTD, YTM, Competitors etc...
- Available in the intimated time for all Training and Reviews
-Have a thorough understanding with the Section In charge, Supervisor,
Manager
- Troubleshooting the issues faced by the Promoter on a day-to-day basis
- Grooming of Promoters to excel in Sales, Selling Skills and Overall
Development after having a thorough understanding of his team mates
-In case of stock out in the outlet, guiding the Customers to approach the
next desirable outlet after checking availability of stocks
- Guide our Customers in case of After Sales Query
- Have a thorough understanding with the Distributor Channel
- handling deployments at the outlet level
-Plan the training and review time of Promoters
- Focus on surpassing Sales Target
- Total ownership of all issues happening in the outlets
- Discuss sales plan with Sales manager and giving feedback( FSI, Targets, MS..Etc)
