- Review and comment on the designs and civil and structural drawings packages prepared by the Contractor’s consultant.
- The necessary coordination with the other partners of work
(Client, consultant, Subcontractor ...).
- Writing of the works method statements.
- Carrying out surveillance on site.
- Preparing the different inspections for monitoring and control of different works: rebar, formworks, concrete placing and acceptance of works…
- Preparing follow-up reports of works (rebar; formworks…)
- Preparing daily and monthly reports of works.
- Review the drawing and ensure the drawing error free before implementation
- Revision and approval of the Contractor’s documents, technical inspections on site, reports of non-compliance, method declarations, and designs changes.
- Respond to the comments from the client and consultant
- Preparing daily and monthly HSE reports
- Preparing and printing the AS-BUILT drawings
-Monitoring and acting of technical tests with the laboratory

- Preparation of the daily reports.
- Preparation and carrying out inspections.
- Preparing attachments and establishing project situations.
- Conduct daily follow-up of work progress.
