Responsible for providing management skills and expertise to the Royal Saudi Air Force Commander of Security Police concerning Antiterrorism Force Protection issues. Specifically responsible for developing and managing antiterrorism force protection plans and exercises related to Royal Saudi Air Force provided housing to Ex-Patriots and for all Royal Saudi Air Force provided compounds and facilities. Regarded by the Headquarters, Royal Saudi Air Force, Headquarters, Air Police as the Technical and Subject matter Expert for approval and recommendation of all Military Air Base, Domestic and International Airport Technical systems and equipment projects and equipment enhancements Kingdom wide utilized by the Headquarters, RSAF Air Police. Regarded as the principle subject and technical subject matter expert for the Kingdom wide RSAF Air Police Military Base security equipment and system enhancement program submitted by BAE, Thales and STESA and many other ongoing enhancement projects. With specific decision making, recommendation and approval authority regarding the systems, technology and equipment recommendations. Participate with the General Staff in review, recommending specification, procedures, utilization and placement of all systems and technology presented by the Vendors on a daily basis; with my assessments and recommendation being the deciding factor in whether to recommend for further purchase approval or not. Responsible for Threat Evaluations, Vulnerability Assessments, preparation of threat deterrence measures, Development of specific antiterrorism force protection plans for each Royal Saudi Air Force provided housing facility and other Royal Saudi Air Force facilities. Assist in developing appropriate training programs for the Royal Saudi Air Force Response Teams. Participate as an active member of the Emergency Response Teams. Coordinate Antiterrorism Force Protection activities with other Host Nation agencies. Develop training plans for residents of Royal Saudi Air Force Compounds. Develop and execute the Antiterrorism Force Protection Exercises on a regular basis.
