Assist the Facilities Manager in preparation of maintenance of various types of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, Gen-set and motors.
Research, design, fabricate, and install HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects.
Technical support to both the project team and clients.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned project work with an established team.
Assist members of the team, act as technical mentor.

Managing the Operations & Maintenance teams of the DCS Company (15 people) and by ensuring that its activities are organized, conducted safety and complying with Health, Safety & Environment and Quality Policies of the Company, with best practices in a view to maximize the quality, availability of the chilled water supplied to customers and to maximize the efficiency, cost effectiveness of the DCS Production and Distribution Facilities.
Daily checking/monitor the running equipment such as chiller, cooling tower, chilled and condenser water pumps, Heat exchangers and Motorized Valves.
Initiating and driving continuous improvement, in term of operability and maintainability.
Create and/or review, validate and improve the operations strategy (simulation of both ETS and DCS operations), the processes and topics for continuous improvements.
Create and/or maintain the necessary relationship with the customers of the DCS Company
Responsible for completion of operational logs, reports, corrective and preventative work orders.
Assists in making decisions on all normal and minor repairs and reports major problems to Manager.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on a wide range of equipment types HVAC mechanical systems such as Chillers ZAMIL (air cooled type), FCU’s and AHU’s, LG VRF Multi V III System (system 1 to system 8), Package Units (Zamil, Carrier, Trane and LG), and Split Type Units (Cassette Type, Wall Type and Concealed Type), to maintain various Administrative such as Customs, Immigration, Coast Guard and Police building properties in peak operational condition and to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Direct and supervise a team of maintenance technicians on a day-to-day basis and coordinate their schedules to provide timely visits to clients.
Prioritized work orders and scheduled work projects.
Strong documentation skills required on daily basis for work orders and PMI.
Created and maintained Preventive Maintenance Schedule to perform regular checkups, to avoid breakdown and disrepair.
Conduct random audits on the maintenance of all equipment and systems.
Reviews and interprets work order forms, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans and mechanical equipment drawings.
Evaluating HVAC design and calculations, plumbing components, piping and mechanical system to satisfy target requirements throughout design process and contribute to content and direction.
Responsible for estimation of all materials that needs in the HVAC construction.
Preparing for mechanical scope of work and specifications.
Daily conduct on project site inspection to ensure that the work is according to design, specifications, schedule and safety.
Perform daily tasks of the designated Technician.

Responsible for operation and maintenance such as Air Dryer, Industrial Air Compressor, Air Handling and Fan Coil Unit, Pumps, Pure Steam Generator and Liquid Chiller.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs defective machines such as mechanical, electrical, electro-pneumatics and hydraulics equipment.
Performs timely audit ad inspection of all operational equipment parts to secure the good conditions of the said equipment.
Performs thorough inspection and testing on the spare parts prior to installation.
Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stocks to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
