Providing advisory services as a consultant, in the areas like Designing start up and business expansion financials with virtual project execution, Planning chain business development, Business Valuation, Budgetary control and cost-revenue analysis, Capital structuring/ re-structuring, Due diligence, Audit, Finance arrangement, Business agreement drafting and ancillary services like developing internal check system (controlling systems- document mapping), organizational accounting, profit centre planning, internal and statutory audit of corporate and non-profit organizations, financial reporting on operational efficiency, developing effective MIS, presentation of balance sheet, implementing employer-employee friendly salary tax structure etc.
Also served as a visiting faculty for lecturing in seminars to Chartered Accountants under CPE program and to professionals on the subjects related with finance and business valuation.
