Projects:
* Construction of School Building (TATWEER BUILDINGS COMPANY)
o Reviewing drawings for the accuracy of calculating quantities and determining the increases
and savings, with the work of the REVISED bill of quantity (BOQ) according to the actual
survey.
o Reviewing monthly interim payment for the progress of work on site and compare the
percentage of completion with the project schedule.
o Reviewing Variations Orders submitted by the contractor.
Project : Water and sewage networks projects and a high reservoir tower.
o Manage the tendering procedure & contract documents for the projects executed.
o Review the contractors’ different schedule and integrated with the project overall master schedule.
o Review the manpower allocated for item and ensure the availability of them during the execution
o Monitoring the daily activities against the planned activities and prepare reports for the Project Manager about any expected delay.
o Attend progress meeting with the contractors to review the overall work completed and enhance the progress.
Project:
Water networks projects and customer service building (Different Packages).
o Prepared the Owner reports (Weekly and Monthly) about the percentage of completing the project.
o Preparing monthly interim payment.
o Assist in the reviewing of the contractors’ monthly progress payments.
Project:
Social housing projects in new cities (10th Ramadan - Bader - Beni-Suef - Sadat)
o Manage the sub-contractors’ documents from tendering until completion.
o Preparation of BOQ bill of quantity and surveying the actual quantities of work executed against the BOQ in order to prepare the interim payment and to release the subcontractors’ payments as well.
o Receive and evaluate the different proposal from suppliers, sub-contractors and vendors.
o Preparing monthly interim payment for progress of work on site.
o Prepared reports for the Project Manager about any deviations during execution.
o Attend the progress & coordination meeting with the sub-contractors & different suppliers as well.
Projects:

2.The Ministry of Tourism in Sheikh Zayed
Responsibilities
•Manage the tendering procedure & contract documents for the project executed by the sub-contractors through the Armed Forces
•Monitor & control the contract documents & interim payments until the completion of the projects.
•Prepared reports for the Project Manager about any deviations during execution.
•Attend the progress & coordination meeting with the sub-contractors & different suppliers as well.
