• Support IT infrastructure of AECOM and client for more than 10 sites and 500 connected users, on a Regular basis to ensure it continues functioning.
• Maintains system configurations
• Maintains equipment maintenance schedules
• Maintains system access and control procedures
• Manages system performance, taking action as appropriate
• Maintains historical records for data Center services
• Process IT tickets through AECOM help desk global system.
• Maintains Microsoft Active Directory and develops policies and scripts to automate logins, startup tasks, and security on client workstations.
• Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations.
• Manage access door and attendance systems for AECOM, client and contactors.
• Manage the structure of the shared folders (Creation, permissions, and security) over more than 15 server and provide access for end-users.
• Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
• Performs or assists with end user support on desktop hardware and software.

• Install and troubleshoot staff software and hardware.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks and data communications equipment.
• Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot, and solve problems related to server and data center operations.
• Manage video conference system and establish sessions with AECOM offices
• Maintains and troubleshoot services servers (DC, storage, printing and GIS)
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Solve company smart phones issues
• Maintains IT inventory.
• Monitors server performance and makes corrective actions when needed.
• Troubleshoot Email problems.
• Handling staff domain accounts problems.
• Install and troubleshoot printers.
• Provides off-site support through phone, E-mail and remote access.
• Trains and documents implemented solutions so Information Systems staff can install and troubleshoot new or existing hardware and software.
• As the office was new, I have established the office with necessary IT infrastructure (Desktops, LAN, printers and shared folders).
• Responsible for supporting the development of bid material for IT projects
• Development and maintenance of templates for quotations and technical descriptions used in general quotations.
