Currently, I'm running following three Training & Development projects in this role:
1) iPresent: Frustrated by ‘bad’ PPTs by my peers in the business, I decided to train individuals and corporates in the art of presentation. This has led to my professional project called “iPresent”.
2) Salaried Entrepreneurs:After getting certification from UDEMY on a Career Redesigning course, I help (through Business Modelling) Team leaders or Managers striving to align individual actions with enterprise aims or otherwise proactively manage talent in a fresh way. Plus I also help individuals how to design their career business model in 21st century
3) Actionable BizWorkshops: Each Actionable BizWorkshops module is inspired by a leading business book; one core concept from a best-selling business book is taught and explored through a discussion and series of exercises. These workshops broadly cover areas like; Self-management, Team optimisation, Communication Skills, Innovative Thinking, Peer Leadership, Role & Culture fit etc.
Interest in social entrepreneurship brought me in start-up organization like ASPIRE Education Solutions in 2012 where I served as a Director for Talent & Partnerships. Here I pioneered a Career Development Program to help marginalized students realize their career dreams, specifically by providing them with professional training (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership, etc.) and industry linkages.
Served as a Strategic Member of the Administration Committee for the first ever historic Toastmaster International District Conference in Saudi Arabia (DTAC-79). This committee played an integral role in the pre-event preparations along with smooth execution of the Conference on the event day. Also contributed in the conference as a Delegate.
Worked as Marketing Manager. Following were the main accomplishments:
• Formulated College’s Marketing Strategic Direction for full one year
• Served as the Chief Organizer for all the College’s International Delegation Visit
• Organized the first ever College Editorial to generate stories that were taken to National Media in form of Press Releases & other Electronic Mediums
Worked as a Volunteer in the Registration Committee of an MAP Event, MARCON 2011(http://www.marconlahore.com), the biggest marketing event of 2011 in Pakistan.
Joined as Marketing Officer for its unique Talent Hunt Programme, National Outreach Program (NOP) . Got promoted to the position of Unit Head in June 2009.

*Selling: Trained & supervised a team of 25 TSRs which resulted in the team exceeding the sales quota by 28% over previous 3 months
Represented Pakistani Students in a Multicultural Event in Malardalen University in Sweden & presented information about Pakistan with the intention of spreading positive word of mouth about Pakistan. Moreover I did a thesis on Online Gift Retailing. The main achievment of our thesis was that we developed a 3 stage model for online commerce which was used used in the analysis of the online gift retailer.
Directed a Skit “Ramayan Reloaded” in UET while managing a team of 7 persons. The Skit won awards of “Best Director” & “Best Skit” in Annual Drama & Skit Competition in UET in 2004
