• Treasury activities (Cash Positioning) for Middle East & Indonesia.
• MT940 Bank Reconciliation (Middle East) in SAP on day to day basis.
• Cash application & clearing (Trade Accounts Receivables) in SAP.
• Keep track of Bank Statements not loaded automatically & arrange to get the physical statements & load into SAP.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations in Black Line in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles (US GAAP) & review Reconciliations prepared by Team members.

• Accounts In-charge for Projects Division, reporting to Finance Manager, Finance Controller and functionally to Projects Division Manager.
• Manage finance & accounts activities. Monitor project finances and analyse profitability of completed projects, review variances between budgets & actual figures and report observations to the management.
• Manage the funds flow of the branch for ensuring uninterrupted operations and project funds requirements to the Finance Manager based on expected receipts and payments due.
• Scrutiny of documents for obtaining bank guarantees, bonds, CIL/TR from banks and for opening letters of credit.
• Communicate/Bargain with Bank for good Forex deals for high value payments to Vendors of Projects Division.
• Monitor and generate weekly status reports of all documents in process and initiate necessary actions to provide required support to marketing and project teams.
• Coordinate with the execution department and provide supporting documents for realization of invoices on time.
• Interface with customers/suppliers and resolve all issues related to documentation, receivables & Payables pending to facilitate on time completion of projects.
• Monthly closure of accounts and generation of MIS Reports following IFRS.
• Supervise Accounts of Solas Safety & Fire Protection LLC (owned by Solas Marine group).
• Accounts In-charge for Solas H2S Division - Oman for 4 years from 2007 to 2011. Responsibility included preparation of Final Accounts with Cash Flow statement. Manage all audit related work / attend External audits, and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Played a key role in implementing the ERP system in the Group.
• Participated in the introduction of a profit centre concept to monitor Branch wise, (i.e. Profit Centre’s) Profitability.
