2. Recruiting employee, Filtering CV and conducting preliminary interview.
3. Maintaining all records related to employee force : Leave Processing, Ticket Booking, Insurance, staff Time & Attendance and Manpower allocation
4. Employee documents collecting, posting and filing
5. Advise Dept. head to follow up the HR forms and procedure
6. Coordinate with PRO, Admin, IT and Accounts department
7. Meeting & attending day to day employee complaints, query and solving problems.
