Technical manager for different projects in Telecom and IT, responsible for collecting requirements from the customer, writing the business case and building the solution with the team and the developers.

Consultant on Telecom and IT projects including different Value Added Services, Mobile Money, and projects in addition to remote technical support (Core, BSS and VAS)

• Introducing reporting strategy and for all the network elements
• Project manager of CS and IN platform and services upgrade.
• Cooperation with the commercial team and working on implementing or modifying existing services and introducing KPIs and analysis procedures.
• Implementation and launching of embedded Huawei IN and VAS services
• Operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and acceptance of all VAS systems:
o SMSC, Voicemail, Voice SMS, WAP System, MMS System and RBT system
o IVR/SMS/MML Gateway System, Creating new applications and service interconnecting with the IN and the HLR
• Network optimization ( Huawei Core, IN and VAS) to enhance the performance in all the elements
• Training the local team on the different equipment.
• Core network, IN and VAS implementation supervisor, hand in hand with Huawei implementation team
Responsible for supporting Comium operations (Sierra Leone-Gambia-Cote d’Ivoire and Liberia.)
