Implement H & S requirements as per Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual, General Instructions and approved Contractor Site Safety Program.  Patrol worksites (PIBs) where contractor works are being carried out and ensure safe system of work are being followed.  Verify inspections carried out by contractor for equipment and tools before being used on site and ensure only Saudi Aramco approved power tools used at sites.  Attend weekly and monthly Management safety walkthrough and report, and attend safety meeting with client and contractor.  Participate in safety campaigns conducted by contractor, ensure healthy work environment is maintained.  Review PTW for site works initiate by contractor, ensure PTW requirements are met prior to start work.  Responsible for day-to-day inspection and prepare periodic reports; ensure that HSE system keeps required standard.  Ensure all welfare facilities available at sites and TCF (Temporary Construction Facility).  Scrutinize contractor operations on sites with regard to safe system of work.  Supporting contractor in establishing a good HSE culture.  Scrutinize contractor activities related to HSE observation and reporting.  Ensure that all statutory documents are correctly maintained at all time & made available to the company at all times.  Conduct regular safety training for employees, and maintain records.  To maintain the fire extinguishers and fire safety equipment like hydrants and smoke sensors.  Investigate incident / accident, determine the cause of incident occurred and recommend technical provision to prevent any reoccurrence.  Prepare the daily activity report, safety induction report, safety toolbox meeting report and maintain record. And submit to HSE Manager.  Responsible for work site investigation to minimize the potential of injury / loss.  Provide daily and weekly input of H&S statistics and data to HSE Manager.

Implements Health & Safety requirements as per Saudi Aramco-Construction Safety Manual (CSM) and approved Construction Site Safety Program (CSSP).
 Administer field Safety Officers enforcement of SA health & safety requirements and other safety personnel at site.
 Directly responsible on monitoring construction activities on site and ensure that all safety compliance are properly communicated.
 Carry out survey and inspections to make that the safe work methods are in operation, health and safety requirements are being applied for and see to it that the first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
 Determine the cause of incident occurred and recommend technical provisions to prevent any reoccurrence the same.
 Assisting training and orientation of all personnel at all level.
 Keep update recommended codes of practices and safety literature. Disseminate information and updates applicable to all workforce level.
 Keep permanent records of all injuries, fires, motor vehicle accidents, property damages, crane, and heavy equipment occurred at site.
 Directly execute in coordinating with discussions of injury, damage or loss control.
 Supervise the recording of information and analysis on injured, damage and production loss.
 Facilitate in the discussion of injury, damage or loss control.
 Foster within the company understanding that injury prevention & damage control are integral part of business and operational efficiency.
 Keep a complete record of daily and weekly safety meeting on site.
 Report administratively to safety manager, functionally the overall safety coordinator, responsible for the implementation of project safety program.
 Ensure that a joint site inspection in wellheads should be done to all high-risk jobs.
 Ensure that gas test is conducted before work starts in any confined space area.
 Ensure adequate confined space ventilation including gas monitor of harmful deadly gases.
 Closely monitor scaffold erection, dismantling work, permit required confined spaced entry, crane work, lift operations, hot work, equipment energize tie-ins and similar hazardous activities and ensure the relevant requirements are complied with.
 Check work permits conditions in high-risk jobs if additional precaution has been observed and prepared safety inspection logs in wellheads.
 Stop any jobs in progress if condition change and it creates hazard.
 Coordinates with proper authorities in case of emergency.
