Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product configuration and usage.
Trouble shoot and resolve issues related to networking/IP configuration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RF and Satcom.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the area of Linux and MySQL databases.
Monitors and responds all incoming email, telephone and Web traffic in a timely manner.
Tracks all open tickets and insures all tickets are updated as required.
Provide support as Technical Account Manager for major accounts
Be able to conduct basic and advanced product training for internal and external customers
Act as subject matter expert for creating and updating technical documentations
Set up the Lab network to replicate customer issues as a part of problem resolution
Support and lead installations, upgrades, and system integration efforts
Interface directly with engineering on customer escalations and product s
Mentor other Engineers, and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives
Travel globally in support of on-site trouble shooting efforts, upgrades, training delivery or other technical efforts
