• Manages operation and maintenance of all Low Current activities in a project section and provides technical support.
•Anchors the technical activities and manages the affairs in the Low Current section
• Plans the operation of the Low Current section, setup priorities and approves work orders.
• Ensures proper implementation of QMS and MMS processes.
• Conducts general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness.
• Coordinate section affairs with project management and division technical support.
• Analyses general performance of the Low Current section, implements corrective actions, improvement and produces reports to his superiors.
• Evaluates equipment and system status and recommends modification and upgrading.
• Supports subordinates in developing their competences.
• Ensures client complaints are resolved properly.
• Seeks expert’s advice as needed and provides technical support to the section.
• Manages and evaluates Low Current manpower.
• Initiates, approves, and follows up supply chain and logistics to ensure adequacy
• Ensure client complaints are resolved properly.
• Attends promptly to Low Current major faults.
• Supervise three Low Current Engineers.

• Responsible for planning and programming the operation and maintenance of the following:
a) MATV system (WISI) and IPTV System (Tripleplay).
b) Fire Alarm System (SIMPLEX, Notifier & DEF).
c) Audio and Visual System (CRESTRON, EXTRON and TOA).
d) Motorized curtains & rolling shutters (SOMFY).
e) Computers Hardware, Software and Network and PLC systems.
f) Surveillance and Security Systems:
- Analog cameras (HIKVISION).
- IP cameras (AVIGILION, AXIS & BOSCH).
- Access Control Systems (MAXXESS & BOSCH).
- Intelligent Vehicle Access Control System (STRATECH).
- Access Automation Systems (URBACO, FAAC, CAME and RIB).
• Coordinates section work and ensure that all routine maintenance is carried out including all tests and measurements.
• Resolves job related technical problems in accordance with the arts and skills of the profession and suppliers recommendation.
• Supervises the accomplishments of work orders for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintains records for all equipment in the system.
• Submits spare parts and material requests.
• Maintains As-Built Drawings for section services.
• Implements unit operational, safety and emergency procedures.
• Makes periodic status report and report system malfunctions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Installation & Commissioning of Huawei (RTN 910, 950 & 980) Microwave links.
• Upgrading software for IDU.
• Supervising the team of technicians for the Installation of Microwave links.
• Perform Quality check for Installation.
• Responsible for cut over during the swap.

o Job description: -
• Installation & Commissioning of NEC (V4 Pasolink, Neo Pasolink, iPasolink) Microwave links.
• Upgrading software for IDU & ODU.
• Supervising the team of technicians for the Installation of Microwave links.
• Perform Quality check for Installation.
• Responsible for cut over and making cross connection during the swap.
