Agile Project Management and Delivery: Led the digital transformation at Prudential Myanmar by implementing the DPAS policy administration system, cutting manual workflows by 40%, and collaborating with cross-functional teams that drove 200% sales growth for four consecutive years.
Product Management and Planning: Acted as Product Owner and Business Analyst for 13+ life and health insurance products, translating complex business requirements into JIRA user stories, owning backlog creation and sprint planning to ensure smooth, customer-centric digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Implementation & User Support: Serve as the primary SPOC for Prudential's core IT systems (Insurance Policy Admin System DPAS/LAS AS400 & Sales Applications), owning new project/product rollouts, ensuring 99.9% operational uptime and providing excellent internal and external user support.
QA & Risk Governance: Lead end‑to‑end UAT, coordinating business stakeholders, technical, and compliance teams to validate that solutions meet both functional and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Guide cross-functional teams for business requirements and align the process flow optimization, transform complex needs into accurate solutions. Manage and engage with vendors to improve service quality, mitigate risk and streamline software development life cycle.
Documentation and Training: Translate business needs into Business Requirement Document (BRD), defining user stories in JIRA, and collaborate with development teams for technical implementation. Develop SOPs/user guides and conduct training for sales and cross-functional teams.
Business & System Analysis: Manage LAS AS400 core functions’ day 2 items, operations and defects, including sales proposal submission, new business processing, policy servicing, billing and claims.

Served as the technical SPOC for Ooredoo Myanmars core digital channels (My Ooredoo App, Website, and S&D Apps), led ICT projects from UI/UX design to deployment by analyzing business demands, optimizing workflows that ensured ROI and seamless user experiences.

Played a pivotal role in the nationwide launch of Mytel Telecom by supporting the
implementation of BSS/OSS systems and applications while involving the end-to-end deployment of its
Data Center, establishing a robust infrastructure from the ground up.
