Handled the day-to-day restaurant operations and business in terms of set-up and overall management. Notably, spearheaded the future expansion plan for the restaurant and ensured revenue generation profitably. Moreover, supervised the Menu planning and staffing on a weekly basis, along with handling staff appraisals.
Apart from handling set-up and restaurant operations, I had also envisioned and charted out the future expansion plan for the Liwan Mansour franchise. I managed the Training and Recruitment process of employees as well as maintained the P&L for the restaurant and ensured cost effective methods of management.
Played a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence. Improved the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission. Moreover, managed and increased the efficiency of Support Services, and coordination between support and business functions.
I also supervised overall financial management, planning, systems and controls, and recruiting, and maintained an elaborate network of repeating guests.
Initialized the operations as part of the Pre-opening Team for Atlantis the Palm, Dubai. Managed the overall functions of the outlet and also supervised the various kiosks and carts in the water park. Moreover, handled the staff scheduling and welfare, along with accomplishing daily targets, and managed the P&L Statements for the outlet.
Initialized as part of the Pre-opening Team and successfully handled operations of the Beach & Pool bar. Assisted in the management of Al Muna Restaurant which serves an all-day dining menu for a period of six months.
Moved on to The Noodle House Restaurant where I assisted in running the operations and tracking P&L Statements.
Initialized as part of the Pre-opening Team and managed the opérations of the Retro Restaurant as a Team Leader. Got promoted to the role of a Supervisor and managed the functioning of the Beach & Pool Bar.
In the bar, I handled the staffing & scheduling, along with staff appraisals, as well as assessed the Profit & Loss Statements for the restaurant.
