Job Profile
• Gather news stories and write for the readers in fair and accurate way
• Cover daily events as per reader and newspaper requirement
• Procuring exclusive stories and scoops through interviews and reports
• Pitch story ideas to editors
• Research and write stories for submission.
• Write features based on key issues
• Allot assignments, events or stories for reporters in the newspaper
• Closely monitor events, activities and happenings within the beats- health, science, environment and culture

• Awarded best reporter of the month by the Managing Editor for an exclusive story on Breast Cancer. The story was also listed among the top stories by Qatar Today magazine
