Data collection, both in the field and remotely, in the areas of monitoring, evaluation, and tracking of project activities at all project stages, using the Kobo collector.

The Data Entry contributes to improving the quality of ACTED programming through the accurate registration of the complaints in the complaint follow-up database (COMPFU). The Data entry is the first point of contact for beneficiaries who need to raise complaints. Data entry responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records.


Objectives

Ensure the registration of the Beneficiary Complaints in the database in a timely manner.
Identify and raise inappropriate data, as relevant.


Duties and Responsibilities



a) Register beneficiary/Nonbeneficiary Complaints received by WhatsApp on the complaint registration database (COMPFU).



b) Respond to complaints objectively, accurately, using the information provided by Accountability Assistant, Project Managers, AME Officers/Monitors, Area Coordinators, Technical Coordinators, project documents, FLAT documents and procedures, etc;

Analyzing/verifying data received from districts.
Check the integrity and non-repudiation of data.
Ensure appropriate data is entered into the database.
Support accountability in combining data of multiple districts.
Support in the enhancement of the system.
Complete another related task as assigned by Accountability Officer.

Visiting Beneficiaries in Households & public institutions in the targeted areas to explain for them about established hygiene priorities.
- Under the supervision of the WASH Project officer, design, implement and monitor (against the relevant indicators) Hygiene promotion and Health activities to a high standard;
- Work with the Project officer to draft WASH related activity plans and the related Terms of Reference according to sector acknowledged standards.
- Help in Establish female plumber clubs in Jordan in each targeted area and train their members in the relevant areas;
- Help in Establish WASH committees in each targeted area and train their members in the relevant areas;
- In conjunction with the WASH committees, train beneficiaries on the proper use and maintenance of the WASH items provided to them;
- Promote good hygiene practices through hygiene promotion sessions and other means

Hygiene Promoter at ACTED
o Main responsibilities:
o Contributing to the establishment and training of WASH committees .
o Conducting household visits .
o proposing creative and innovative ideas in how to deliver key hygiene messages and influence positively the community's knowledge, awareness, attitude or behavior related to health and hygiene .
o Forming strong and healthy relationships with the designated community group .
o Outreach representatives of acted and at all times are responsible for representing acted appropriately to the community .
o Peer-to-peer sessions .
o Implementing mass communication campaigns, public events .
o Carrying-out assessments to identify hygiene-related needs .
o Activity reporting .
1. Supporting data management and attendance for Cash for Work workers.

2. Assisting in the documentation and archiving of project forms and records.

3. Maintaining daily communication at the field level with Cash for Work teams.

4. Contributing to the preparation of accurate and timely reports for the Cash for Work Officer and Project Manager.

Supporting the technical team (engineers) in monitoring and supervising Cash for Work activities.

Help wfp team and work groups talk to the beneficiaries of the electronic card and work to take the views of card users and shopping centers and problems of card and how to deal with cards and inquire about the prices of centers that are disbursed cards

the AME monitor is responsible for assisting the AME Unit in the
development and implementation of Appraisal, Under the supervision of the AME Officer and AME assistant, the AME monitor is responsible for assisting the AME Unit in the development and implementation of Appraisal, Monitoring Evaluation strategies by collecting quantitative and qualitative data on ACTED programs and general pre - project data ., in addition to supporting the accountability team with beneficiary outreach regarding the complaints and response mechanism ( CRM ) and the MIS and AME teams with any necessary data entry . Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting the AME Unit in the development and . implementation of Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation strategies by collecting quantitative and qualitative data on ACTED programs and general pre - project data in all ACTED intervention areas; Mafraq, Amman, Za ' atari and Azraq .offices Any necessary assistance to data entry of information . .collected through AMEU assessments and Program data The AMEU monitor will also work closely as a part of the . team unit with field and program staff . Monitors ' role is to support programs in their improvement and provide reliable information for coordination and management .decision making and recommendations on projects Conduct field visits throughout the project cycle and . coordinate with the AME and Accountability officers, in order to spread information / awareness about the CRM to beneficiaries and non - beneficiaries, as well as local authorities and stakeholders in ACTED ' s areas of .implementation

Data Collection


Ensuring transparent, accurate and timely collection of data by administrating surveys, semi structured interviews, conducting focus groups of other participatory information collection tools from the field ( such as on - site monitoring ) as well as collecting secondary data from secondary sources of information

Reporting

Provide regular reports to the AME officer and AME assistant at frequent intervals on the progress of the implementation of the assessment activities and on the AMEU monitor ' s observations .during the mission Working closely with the Database unit and to provide data and where necessary assist the data entering .Cross check the accuracy of data entry

Support and assistance team ocha in the registration of people to help them and work and monitor the distribution process and then have been working groups talk with the beneficiaries to take their views on the distribution process and their requirements and to ensure that there are no problems during the distribution of aid in kind and cash

community mobilizer in project REACH:

11. Primary data collection according to assessment methodology using a range of methods: interviews using Open Data Kit software, tele-surveys, observational surveys, updating maps, focus group discussions, participatory methods.

12. Data entry tasks as requested.

13. Ensuring all information entered into the questionnaires on the smart phones is saved and processed as per the training.

14. Maintaining consistent and effective work habits in the office and in the field including: timeliness and frequent and clear communication with team members.

15. Providing additional support as required to supporting assessments and other activities of REACH, including research tasks, and administrative and logistical support.

16. Reporting any security incidents to supervisor.
