• Taking part of enhancing the business within Hazm mall by bringing on to the table (DIOR Private Collection-Podium project) that will be launched at Hazm mall on Q4-2024, besides applying my experience with “style de Vie “ store and bringing on new such as ( TOM FORD Perfumes -FENDI & PRADA Sunglasses -LA FANN perfumes & home fragrances & other brands to elevate the shopping experience within “style de vie” .
• In charge of Store image by renovating the store’s entrance interiors to cope with the modern style.
• In direct contact with Designers such as Gemy Maalouf /Jean Louis Sabaji /Mirna Al Jawhary /Rami Al Ali /Zeena Zaki & many more, to agree on the seasonal buying, placing the client’s special orders,
• Measuring store performance & KPI’s
• Setting store’s monthly target & employee’s individual target.
• Daily communication with the marketing dept .to set the marketing /events plan for the store.
• Planning the event’s details whenever we have any launch of a new collection, being in contact with the designers, the social media, sending invitations to the clients etc, ,

• Leading & managing a Team of 10 headcount in a 3000 sqm Flagship store.
• Sitting individual targets and working on the team to achieve it through daily follow up on their performance.
• Reviewing performance and taking actions to improve it .
• Participating in the store’s event and selling ceremony to achieve goals & results.
• In contact with the store director to set plans and develop the team’s skills and performance .
