Analyze and establish all material requirements for all forecasts and maintain track of all material orders and generate all monthly reports and progress updates via Tool Hound software system.

Arrange for delivery of materials and transport of products, via WEB TMS (Transportation Management System Software) used for SLI’s (Shipper’s Letter of Instruction) for transportation.

Review purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing from supplier.

Ensure all transportation and logistics service and cost are identified, mapped, and within budget.

Ensure accounting books are closed properly at the end of each period.

Track shipments across different channels.

Expediting purchase orders, as per project requirements.

Assisting in administrative functions with company supply chain process.

Responsible for raising POs for project requisition and various special purchases.

Issuing critical dues of vendor to the accounts department for payments & MCC (Milestone Completion Certificate.)
