• Check global marketing materials and arrange for localization per specific requirements, as well as sharing them with countries
• Review various media buy plans and prepare for media assets according to the timeline.

Translating, writing, proofreading, and editing articles to meet publication standards.
Reviewing all articles before they are published both in print and online.
Responsible for the daily uploads of news portal and social media including Instagram/FB/Wechat/Weibo/Newsletters).
Actively raising the profile of the magazine, networking actively at industry events, press conferences, product launches etc.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Translating and drafting emails, documents, contracts, drawings etc in a timely manner.(Mandarin/English)
Attending and interpreting business conferences, live conversations(Mandarin/English)
Assisting all departments with easy and smooth communications

Handling phone traffic, preparing purchase orders and coordinating events and exhibits;
During regular hours and special events, monitoring and keeping artwork safe, ensure that the gallery is clean and that visitors follow the rules;
Helping with setting up and tearing down exhibits;
Responsible for coordinating and mailing invitations or assisting with publicity for events at the gallery;
Be personable, knowledgeable about artists and exhibitions;
Generates sales with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
Following the Gallerys after sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures.
Developing client community through personal contact, social media platform and events. Market survey. Development of special projects.
Offers to take the customers contact details to complete the CRM database and establishes an on-going list with existing and potential customers to develop and follows-up thereafter.
I've spent the first 2 years completed all compulsory and optional courses including General Linguistics,Advanced course in English-Chinese Translation, Second Language Acquisition,Cognitive Linguistics etc. In the third year I was luckily enough to be chosen to attend the language and culture exchange program in Amsterdam Netherlands (June 2011-June 2012). During that year, i attened an English curriculum language training course and seccessfully received the proficiency certificate.
