• Under close guidance coordinate in preparing and updating project implementation plan in MS. Project
• Under close guidance coordinate in preparation of project presentations, project documents including issue register, risk register, lessons log, stage plans and client /Donor progress report.
• Under close guidance coordinate in retrieving information from internal recourses including intranet and management workspace.
• Under close guidance coordinate in review of project MoU and project document to comply with important reporting requirements and prepare matrix of important tasks that need to be done with due date.
• Under close guidance coordinate with PSO in Project’s hiring, including RRF, TORs, scheduling interviews, coordination with potential candidates for tests and interviews, arranging documents for diplomatic entrance etc.
• Communicate with field team as directed by the Project Manager
• Maintaining Project’s Task sheet and follow up with team on relevant action items assigned by the PM/PSO.
• Presenting project’s physical and financial progress in weekly meetings in coordination with Field and finance department.
• Under close guidance coordinate in the compilation of daily field reports and preparation of summary of important issues for the PM.
• Coordinate in event management (Inauguration ceremony, Project Board meetings etc.)
• Recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
• Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
• Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues
