• To supervise and monitor all substation daily activities pertaining to the Corrective Maintenance (CM), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) & Inspection (IN).
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports on the status of the Corrective Maintenance (CM), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) & Inspection (IN) of Substations, inclusive of material and equipment usage, and recommendation for future works.
• Manage and Request new Shutdowns activities on the 33kv/11kv Electrical primaries and substations for the Corrective Maintenance (CM) as will as Request Shutdowns activities for planning Maintenance Programs for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM).
• Raise the work orders and materials purchasing request in the MAXIMO with performing the technical evaluation for the materials.
• Familiar with the 33/11/0.415 KV substations operation and maintenance.
• Familiar to do different type of testing in the site( Megger Test, Pertual Discharge, Tap Scan, Oil breakdown, Vaccom Checker)
• Ability to do Operation for 33/11KV with following System Safety Rules & General Safety Rules
• Familiar to Fix some issues in C.B, TRM and EFI ind., etc.
• Route the work orders in the MAXIMO for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and Inspection (IN) transfer them to midle.W than to HHT.
• Attend the (FAT) Factory Acceptance Test and the commissioning for the new substations as an inspector.
• Working in Shift and Emergency.
• Receives work orders through MAXIMO for cable maintenance.
• Ensures strict adherence to HSE guidelines and procedures, ensuring the use of protective clothing to ensure minimal hazard.
• Familiar with Cable and Termination Faults.
• Ability to do Cable Testing by using Test Van
• Familiar with different type of Cable.
• Worked as a viewer in the GIS system.
• Working in Shift and Emergency.
