Channel Sales Manager

Manage sales of telecom products & services within the given territory (PAYG/Visitor/Recharge Products, VAS, My number My Identity, Mobile Number Portability through Mass Market, ) responsible of delivering new prepaid acquisitions and recharge top-up (Scratch Cards and Air time Balance).
Achieve business objectives and growth through Mass Market Channel (Acquisitions/Recharge/Interconnect share/My Number My Identity (Existing Customers should be registered to continue using PAYG Services) Increase Footprint of New Outlets registration, Ensure dealers are Following the TRA Mandate
Maintain recharge business increment %
Build business model for accounts/partner that ensures long term plan to deliver business objectives
Plan, develop and implement customer centric promotion to ensure higher level of growth and market share.
Use information on customer buying behavior and optimize complementing product strategy to develop and outsell competition products.
Ensure Electronic top-up uptake growth to increase year on year
Identify and manage the distribution channel through Master Dealers and Key outlets
Enhance distribution performance by proper allocation of SIM and Recharge as per the market potential, increase the number of outlet footprint
Optimize and grow revenue by achieving/exceeding value targets. (SIM & Recharge)
Increase visibility of the products sold and ensures long term partnerships with dealers we deal with by getting maximum Branding space Indoor and Outdoor. (Indoor branding/Outdoor branding i.e. Sign board/window display etc…)
Continuously track market trends, market share, and competitor pricing & sales
Make optimal use of allocated marketing funds for promotional activities for delivering channel as well as business goals.
Ensure channel readiness for Product and services launch, implementation & rollout of the campaigns
Co-ordinate marketing and media activities within the channel partners and ensure they are aligned at any given point of time. Identify potential dealers to be Master dealers and enhance them .

Maintain a minimum stock level agreed by the account manager for different segment of outlets within area. And also at the same time ensure the sales are maintained as per the target.
Maximize sales in all stores and kiosks through coaching and performance management of Store Teams in customer service, promotional activities, Sim activations process and control of costs, stock levels and stock loss.
Product along with “Go to Market” strategies for marketing, brand shop management, pricing and consumer right.
Ensure all stores implement and execute all promotional activities and directives on time.

Increase brand visibility within the indirect sales channel through various concepts such as in-store-branding.

Identify marketing leads different ethnic backgrounds within indirect sales channel, and place BTL POSM in different Languages
