Design Management
o Support compilation of Design RFP.
o Design coordination and obtain as-built/existing information.
o Manage Design Review at stages and ensure compliance to the requirements
Promote Value Engineering during design and construction stages.
Procurement Management:
o Support compilation of tender document
o Tender Schedules development
o Technical evaluation of tenders & reporting.
Kickoff meeting and setting the tone for the project
Manage construction contracts through CMA
Interdepartmental coordination for submittal review
Stakeholder Management
o Single point of contact for all project related issues
o Involve, update and liaise with Key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in progress meeting.
Monitors the progress especially significant project milestones and of major conditions that could affect the project costs.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Risk Management and escalation
Support change management and claims evaluation.
Ensure the contract closeout
Construction supervision
o Lead construction supervision team.
o Inspection and audits.
o Ensure compliance of works with the contract requirements
Review and coordination
o Ensure timely review of submittals by relevant stakeholders
o Coordination for RFIs and design information
o Integrates the various engineering, scheduling, construction and commercial aspects of the project.
o Review submittal documents.
Monitoring and Control
o Monitor site progress
o Development of tools to monitor the process of the key documents
o Input and warehousing of project information
Periodic Progress reporting
Chair Project meetings and issuing meeting minutes.
Official correspondence with Client, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers.
Merit assessment of change order and claims
Periodical assessment of interim payment applications.
Organize testing and commissioning, trainings & demonstrations
