Relationship Manager for Doha Bank, Home Remittances.
The responsibility of the job is to supervise the FCY to FCY & FCY to PKR SWIFT Remittances transactions data.
- Finding the FCY Funding from Correspondent Partners from NOSTRO Activity received from SWIFT Department on Daily Basis.
- Liaison with NOSTRO Department for FCY Funding from Correspondent Partners which are not available by the names on NOSTRO Activity.
- Liaison with all Correspondent Partners on Funding, Dealing, Reconciliation and different Inquiries.
- Liaison with the Treasury Department for Obtaining the Blotters for Correspondent Partners FCY Funding & Dealing Conversions into PKR amount.
- Liaison with the Branches for Obtaining the Blotters for High Value Customers from Treasury Department of FCY Funding & Dealing Conversions into PKR amount.
- Daily Reporting to each Correspondent Partner for their FCY funding received and the Conversion PKR rates applied.
- Daily MIS Reporting to NOSTRO & Treasury Back Office with Blotter & FT Numbers.
Resolution of the Queries from Branches across Pakistan, Complaint Management Unit & Individual Customers overs email & phone calls.
