Being an Authorised Service Center for Lenovo when it comes to Servers & Storage in UAE, KSA & Lebanon respectively, we are aiming on enlarging our T2 Partner network as well as customer database. Our main focus is to sensitize the customers about the importance of having a B2B Agreement with Lenovo so as to have adequate support in case of any call logging.
I have been appointed to handle this services division and my main responsibilities as Business Development Manager in Forefront Technologies include the following:
- Identifying new leads & pitching services.
- Developing relationship & trust with new customers/partners as well as maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences & meetings among others.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
