BEFARe conducted a number of data collection exercises at the regional level in FATA and Malakand for the Stability Index Program conducted by Management Systems International for USAID office in Peshawar. As Deputy Coordinator for this project, following were my achievements: Successful Implementation of the Assessment of Housing Uniform Assistance Subsidy Project (HUASP); Socioeconomic Surveys and Market Survey in FATA, FR's and Malakand Region.
Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the planning and Design of all projects including budgeting, work plan design, staff distribution & allocation planning, data collection plan, preparation of scope of work and inputs on contractual matters.
• Hiring of more than 250 well qualified and experienced Field Supervisors, Enumerators, Data Validators, Data Entry Officers and database team and providing inputs on all staff contracts and hiring process.
• Development of the training content in coordination with the trainers and MSI technical experts.
• Design and preparation of pilot activities, field pre-test and all corresponding reports.
• Training of field and office staff.
• Supervise database development including data entry, data validation and data cleaning.
• Implementation of projects and regular reporting to Donors, stakeholders and Senior Management.
• Preparation of Detailed End of Project Methodology Reports.

As an implementing partner the Government of Pakistan's Ministry of States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) and the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), BEFARe conducted the Afghan Population, Profiling, and Verification and Response (PPVR) Project. The PPVR survey covered over 120, 000 Afghan households in the Country.
