Achievements:
- Developed Advocacy strategy which ensures meaningful engagement of children and youth in managing the advocacy goals and objectives
- Provide strategic guidance to advocacy team in districts and provinces to implement the activities to achieve the advocacy goals. Able to influence government of Sindh for development of Rules of Business for The Sindh Right of children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2013.
- Facilitated Divisional level consultations with education stakeholders (education officials, education directors, teachers, Parents, children, youth, lawyers, civil society organizations, Media personals etc) around developing rules of business of The Sindh Right of children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2013.
- Developed communication strategy and IEC material with dissemination plan which includes: 2D animations on child rights, child marriage and importance of children in decision making, posters, banners, folders, Mobile app and 2 year extensive media Campaign on education covering major TV, radio and newspapers, billboards, advertisements on roads sides, use of rickshaws, Theatre, face book, Twitter etc.
- Inception of Child & Youth Led Social Media Campaign Qalam Kitab on Twitter, Whats app and Facebook
- Developed District level child and youth networks in Thatta and Muzaffargarh and built their capacities around advocacy, leadership, conflict management, resource generation, proposal writing, use of media in advocacy, life skills based education, advocacy for policy change, registration process of organizations, record keeping, documentation, social action project and proposal writing skills.
- Mentored youth networks and Community based organizations in implementations of Social Action projects.
- Managed 04 cohorts of girls and boys to present the voice of Pakistani youth in international advocacy events which includes Girls Summit UK 2104, International Girls day in US & Australia 2014, United Nation General Assembly, and Advocacy learning event in Kenya 2015.
- Developed training manuals: 03 Manuals & Workbooks on Life Skills Based Education, Use of Social media in Advocacy, Teachers Training Manual on School Governance, Training Manual for Community Based Organizations (registration and record keeping skills)
- Part of team responsible to design the participatory evaluation of the project intervention. Used the technique of Most Significant Change with participation of community itself.
- Organization and management of More than 20 project events which include Partners Review Meetings to Provincial levels Conferences and Seminars with varied educational stakeholders from Education ministers, education secretaries to people in communities
