• Manage & monitor all day-to-day operations i.e., order fulfillments, shipments, service, inventory, returns and points of sale (POS).
• Responsible for retail management through monitoring and executing old retail layouts with modern and as per the location customer segment standard, manage employee’s personality development program through designing and implementing dress code standards and pleasant appearance management for customer’s pleasant experience with the staff.
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring the process and procedure policies specially for employee’s safety and satisfaction.
• Reviewing financial reports to identify opportunities for increasing revenue or cutting costs.
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that they do not drop below required amounts and KPIs.
• Developing promotional strategies to increase sales and grow customer loyalty.
• Collected regular customer feedback, interpreting findings to enable corrective action.
Also Responsible for Soft Services with duties includes:
1. Managing and controlling stock of cleaning consumables and supplies and ensuring that stock holding levels are maintained at all the time.
2. Performing and carrying out all the cleaning related duties as instructed/directed.
3. Carrying our any necessary training for staff.
4. Ensuring that incidents/accidents or other such issues related to cleaning within company’s head office, outlets and warehouse with in timely manner.
5. Checking daily that cleaning equipment in good condition and report any misuse.
6. Following safe working procedures and instructions personally and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required and looking out for the safety of others.
7. Ensuring that cleaners And Supervisors are performing cleaning activities.
8. Performing specialized tasks, managing a team of staff members.

Role:
Responsible to Set-up a totally new Facilities Management Department from scratch including manpower, KPIs, SOPs, Facilities Management Procedures, Policy, Strategy, Space Management and Facilities Management & Operational Plans.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead Supervisor in Implementing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) module.
Responsible to follow up with all supervisors i.e Maintenance, Cleaning, Transport, Safety & Security
Managed target of 1500 Work orders completion in the first 3 months from 0 Work Order
Responsible to oversee the Cleaning, Security and catering contracts with the help of all the Supervisors
Responsible to approve preventive maintenance plans PMPs for Buildings, Vehicles, HVACs, Elevators, Health care facilities & other facilities and follow up with its implementation.
Responsible to study the current status of Fire fighting and protection Systems & Procedures at all the buildings and conduct consultant visits to upgrade the entire 6 buildings.

• Work closely with Maintenance and Project Team in optimizing efficiency, productivity and workflow processes associated with day-to-day operations.
• Act as liaison between clients & company operation and prepare required documentation to support the Implementation of project services.
• Creating work schedules of maintenance and coordinating work activities with other subcontractors.
• Coordinating with all suppliers for the delivery of materials as required in the project.
• Responsible for arranging food, transport & accommodation for all labors as per the company policy.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports of the project status and presenting to the project manager.
I have done my Bachelors of Commerce with majors in Business, Finance & Accounts from University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.
I have done Higher Secondary School Certification with majors in Computer Science, Statistics & Mathematics from Pakistan International School, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with the affiliation of Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Islamabad, Pakistan.
