I joined MCB as a Trade Officer at branch level. It was a Great experience for me on the front end as a trade officer. I learned a lot about trade as well as operations at branch levels. My J.D’s were.
• Capturing the customers & built realationship for enhancement in trade business & also achieveing trade targets.
• Processing the transaction related import & Export.
• Lc opening.
• Export Advance Payments, import Advance Payment.
• E-form Issuance on weboc & manual.
• Monthly reporting on ITRS of all trade & branch transactions.
• BCA feeding & issuance of EPRC.
• Followup & submission of documents against Export Advance Payment.
I started work from the export department. I worked here almost 4 months. Then I transferred into import Department. I accomplished almost all kind to activities regarding Imports & exports like.
• Lc advising
• Lc opening, amendment & balancing.
• Import contract & amendments.
• Import advance payments.
• Handling of Import & export Documents & processing of both types of Documents.
• Processing of all kind of import loans (PAD, FPAD, FE-25 import, Fim) & balancing.
• Handling of FE-25 PRE shipment Financing
• Lodgment of local documents, payments & discounting.
• Customer Dealing, Documentations, Files handling.
• Processing of Export payments local & foreign.
During Masters, I did six-week internship (15.07.2013 to 26.08.2013)
I functioned in 2 different departments, One Stop Shop (OSS) & Finance Department & I erudite
• How to deal customers & tackle Customer Problems
• Providing them info about products.
• Bill issuance & payments.
• Issuance of cheques & other financial transactions
Projects during Masters: •Video documentary on management functions •Interviewed Director of TDAP about their management system. How they manage their employees for better results. We prepared video documentary. •Product promotion & launching a project of Marketing. •Pak Arab Fertilizer Multan, Pakistan •Study ethical & unethical practices of Pak Arab Fertilizer & Management & Employee Relationship.
