 Developed strategic suppliers and negotiated contract agreements to reduce the number of vendors from 100+ to a group of 50 core partner resulting in cost savings due to reduced administrative costs as well as quantity price breaks and also implement the JIT supply technique.
 Reduced fleet costs by 50% by establishing preferred vendors, improving tracking and scheduling processes.
 Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on specification and requirement of the company and follow up with suppliers and concerned user to ensure timely arrival of material.
