Ensuring that all Engineering work is carried out in accordance with specifications and drawings, with
due regards to safety and maintainability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Technical support to team.
• Managing Instrument budget and keeping cost down.
• Responsible for the completion of all documents.
• Producing test plans and Reports.
• Cold Commissioning of all Instruments.
• Arrange meeting with Contractor and arranged the plans.
• Making Invoices for work carried out by Contractor.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETTENCIES:
• Having experience of Commissioning and Callibration of different Instruments of Cement Industry.
• Involved in Commissioning of Weigh Feeders(SHENCK), Belt Scales(SHENCK), Actuators(AUMA)
with German Experts.
• Involved in complete Commissioning of H&B auto Packers with Engineer MR.Willy.
• • Worked on Instruments like; Auma Actuators, Sonar Baro, Gas Analyzers i.e., MAGNAS 7G, URAS 26, Pressure Transmitters i.e., Analog and Digital Transmitters, Solenoid sensors, Dust Collector System etc.
PREVENTIVE MENTINANCE:
• Have working experience in preventive maintenance Department, Involved in maintaining:
1. Conditioning Monitoring of Plant Instruments.
2. Equipment Check lists of Instruments (weekly, monthly, fortnightly).
3. Calibration Schedule of different Instruments.
4. Summary of Plant Faults.
5. History cards of different plant instruments.
•Having good knowledge of CMMS(COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) software.
PROJECT ENGINEER AT NEW LINE ALJOUF CEMENT ( 5000 TPD SINOMA PLANT):
• Presently working as project Engineer in Al-jouf cement company line 2.
