• opportunities, support, and feasibility studies.
• Provide training for customers, Partners and employees.
• Contacting manufactures, contractors and clients to guarantee smooth work sequence.
• Delivering technical and training presentation, preparing purchase orders and business solutions.
• Plan, execute, and finalize small projects within triple constraints of delivering on time, within budget and scope objectives, including acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan.

• Manage Service for Via Telecom ( WiMAX operator north of Iraq )
• launch VoIP service For Via Telecom ( WiMAX operator north of Iraq )
Manage all the Project aspects which include the following: Project phase’s plans, customer relationships, project schedules, project implementation and acceptance, pre-investment, opportunities, Support, and feasibility studies.
Works as a project manager with the following main responsibilities:
• Coordinate with all the teams to guarantee the project goals and objectives.
• Provide regular daily/weekly/monthly progress reports to the board of directors.
• Initiate internal coordination and meetings, to provide updates as needed.
• Maintain a good relationship with the Customers and all the interface of the project.
• Supervise the telecom teams to achieve targets aggressively.
• Maintain the quality of work and directing the subcontractors on this issue.
• Develop time schedules to deliver the work on time based on project plans.
• Handle changes of priorities and solve problems faced during deployment.
• Prepare the project execution plan and provide revisions of the plan (if necessary). Project Scheduling, Planning, Review and Reporting
• Identify and scope any additional works and technical upgrades.
• Planning and managing work in a multi-national matrix organization across multiple product solutions and geographical regions.
• Providing primary communication channel for project implementation.
• Managing and leading the deployment team of installers and test Engineers.
• Negotiating project scope changes with the customer, Design Engineers, Accounts and Sales Team.
• Organizing and Coordinating Project Meetings with Customer, Executives, Installation and Commissioning Engineers.

Deliver a turnkey solution of Advanced Tactical Telecommunications Systems \[HF, VHF, UHF Tactical Radios (Handheld, and Vehicular Tactical Radios for Military use).
