• Presently playing a central leading role in Batelco's major strategic initiatives program “Business Support Systems Transformation” with the main objective is to transform and replace legacy IT systems and processes with a converged and fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Billing systems to ultimately reduce operational costs and speed up time to market.
o Demonstrated the capability to manage the functional and integration aspects of the new billing system (Oracle Billing & Revenue Management - Oracle BRM) as well as managing other project activities within the planned timeline.
o Key responsibilities in the program include identifying detailed business requirements, determining quality standards and procedures, planning and managing communications and stakeholders' engagement, building high level and low level solution design, conducting systems testing, and performing integrated change control for change requests.
o A valuable asset behind the successful launch and implementation of the second phase of the program with Mobile Postpaid services and products.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in billing systems design and architecture.
• Managed and delivered cross-functional solutions involving integration between billing systems and other IT systems such as CRM, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), E-Services and Self-Care applications.
• Proficiently managed various implementations projects and contributed in delivering broadband value added services for Batelco's customers such as Batelco TV and Bahrain WiFi.
• Led the revamp of the portfolio of both consumer and business broadband packages in IT systems including the introduction of special broadband usage bundles such as gaming, unlimited YouTube, and unlimited Netflix.
• Assisted Batelco in increasing the fixed broadband revenue by improving billing processes and reducing operational costs through improving system performance, fixing systems defects, closing audit points, and eliminating redundant operational tasks.
• Effective vendor liaison and communications skill-set with high attention to details.
• Responsible for guiding, training, and coaching Graduate Trainees, Analyst Programmers, and Senior Analyst Programmers within the IT department.
• Successfully designed, developed, and rolled out in-house smart Mobile Application for the first time in Batelco with cross-device compatibility (in January 2015).

• Led major feasibility and design activities and cross-functional development.
• Successfully managed the launch of new high speed broadband packages on fiber network in IT systems.
