Develop, plan and manage sales set up & sales channels in Kingdom of Bahrain and Eastern Province, KSA
Manage effectively the activities of the sales team to fulfill market obligations for travel trade, customer and corporate
To achieve the set goals and target planned for each region
To promote Jazeera Airways brand, product and services
Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase revenue and market share
Ensure the sales and revenue opportunities are maximized
Monitor performance of agent and appointed GSA
Guide, train, coach and review the performances and immediately address any shortcomings to drives an effective, high-performance sales team
Regular visit to travel agencies and corporates to develop and maintain relationships
Organize road shows, workshops and joint event for the trade
Effective negotiation and closing sales
Prepare reports for the management on sales and market trend and recommend necessary changes
Plan the selling activities for the assigned areas to ensure optimum revenues for QR
Negotiating terms of an agreement and closing dates; gathering market and customer information
Constantly exploit any new sales opportunities and creating maximum awareness of QRs products and service
Effectively manage accounts and key customers and effectively plan sales calls, submit sales call plans, sales reports as required
Updating the trade and corporate houses about QRs products and services
Responsible for the market research required to ensure that the product is market competitive and relevant.
In charge of the retail and trade sales for QR Holidays within Riyadh and plays an integral role in the success of the business unit.
Trains and mentors the selling staff, ensures that operations are run to the highest standard and supports the achievements of sales targets.
Providing feedback and reports to the QR Holidays Manager on the performance and proposed enhancement for the success of the
business unit
Achieve assigned new account sales target on a quarterly basis as determined for the defined territory
Develops target accounts lists for sales along with detailed business plans
Prepares sales calls and weekly reports.
Conducts strategic consulting engagements, recommends best solution to meet the customer’s needs.
Supports product implementations for customers based on Regional Manager’s direction.
Identifies customer business needs, communicates to Product Delivery Managers, Area Manager
Conducts product demonstrations for targeted customers at Country based trade shows and in collaboration with Sales Strategies.
Handling Premier calls which consists of top accounts and at the same time also handle General calls.
Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
Diagnose and resolve technical software issues.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Promote and sell products and services provided by Gulf Air to increase revenue and achieve my sales targets
Ensure best possible quality of communications and services provided to customers to achieve their maximum satisfaction and enhance their loyalty
Handle and resolve customer related issue and complaints
Follow up customer calls when necessary
Assist people looking for flights, and attempt to find the best flight for their needs
Facilitate quick and easy ticket purchase
Provide full customer service throughout the process
Selling holiday and travel products to customers
Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules
