I am actively handling the responsibilities of General manager for Khaliji Medicare which has two branches;
Bahrain and Saudi. This company was established at late 2012 and focus on Materials and Equipment Trading
(Import/export compliance) for Bahrain and Saudi Markets. The current responsibilities that I am currently
handling:
* Review all daily sales and marketing activities.
* Build a dynamic sales and marketing strategies that matches with the market demands
* Review closely all financial figures and KPIs.
* Generate and contribute to performance metrics for all related activity.
* Monitor logistics activities from order issuing to end of delivery
* Analyze trends related to import/export processing and documentation to identify process
improvements.
* On top of Customer Relationship Management and build relationships with stakeholders.
* Monthly review employee performance and conduct advisory meeting as required.
* Frequent meeting with our main stakeholders: suppliers, hospital/ department managers, Bank
account manager… etc.
* Attend most of the relevant congress meeting for Expansion purposes.
