• Thorough knowledge of local structural steel market in terms of ongoing/upcoming projects, stock availability, material requirements, market capacity and prevailing steel prices.
• Supplying structural steel to Industries/Fabricators & contractors (local & overseas).
• Achieved average monthly sales above 500 tons a month
Handle customer grievances & redress the same with ease.
Achieved sales target in the tune of 350 - 400 tons a month.
Maintain client relation and ensure customer satisfaction. Having positive attitude towards customer that can have a major decision.
Develop good and value based sustainable long-term relationship.
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing and monitoring the sales order process from data collection through order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner.
Achieved sales target in the tune of 200 - 300 tons a month.
