Promoted to Head the accounts department of the 3 companies falling under the group.
Reporting to the CEO and responsible for the overall group’s internal control, policies & procedures formulation, implementation and monitoring.
Project Manager for the ERP Implementation with a Tier 1 ERP Software, supervising the entire ERP implementation process until Go-Live.
Handling the accounts of 2 sub divisions (the Contracting & Inspection divisions) of ENGT namely, Universal Star Oil Services & Universal Star Metal Construction.
Preparing the Project wise costing as well as profitability statement.
Placing Measures of cost control for projects.
Helping the implementation of Microsoft Project software.
Liaison with bank for L/c related issues.
Managing the Accounts Payable and matching them with Accounts Receivables.
Scrutinizing of Purchase orders for the contracts.
Scrutinizing the Sub Contract Agreements.
Scrutinizing purchase orders, matching project cost with BOQ
Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss Statement along with MIS Reports.
Liaison with banks for L/C Related Matters.
Preparing Project-Wise Cost & Profitability statement and thereby tracking its progress.
Handling staff related matters viz, Overtime, Final/Annual Leave settlements etc...
Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & matching them with cash flow requirements.
Audit preparation of yearly financials in audit format and submitting to external auditors for auditing (PWC).
Dealing with internal auditors and submitting monthly reports for better internal control.
Receivables & payables reconciliations.
Correspondence with clients
Accounting, auditing, preparation of income tax return, Project Finance reports, Managing Audit assignments.
Pursuing the Professional Level of ACCA
In the course of Chartered Accountant, I have completed the Intermediate Level commonly known as Inter-CA. I have also completed the First Four subjects of CA-Final Examination, therefore I have four more subjects to clear before i get the CA Degree.
