The project work included a consumer understanding research for anti-aging creams in the market for both users and non-users of anti-aging creams. Structured qualitative interviews were performed for close to 400 women within the age group of 25 to 35 years belonging to SEC A and SEC B in the cities of Delhi, Bangalore, Lucknow and Jaipur. The project work intended to determine various factors and issues that the consumers considered with respect to an anti-aging cream. This project would help CavinKare to decide on the particulars of their to-be product and other plans in order to foray into the anti-aging cream market.
