In after sales operation I handle costing of imports of parts, check & verify the wips and vehcile history, allocation of internal service invoice to respective cost center expenses, Budget mantoring, supervise subordinate staff and co-ordinate with middle line management.
* To supervise complete staff of Accounts Department.
* To handle daily cash and bank trasanctions independently
* To collect the import related documents from shipping company and thereafter channeling for legalization, custom and release of material.
* To finalyze monthly accounts and prepare bank, debtors and creditors reconciliation statements for descrepencies detected if any.
* To prepare monthly profit and loss account and as well as Balance sheet
* To analyze financial data for preparation of reports and statements as per requirement of higher management.
